The Ability. Speed kills. Strength dominates. This doesn't come easy and without the work, and that's exactly how we like it. We set up our players to be successful from the ground up. The great players are the ones who will do things that the regular person does not want to. We outwork everyone.
SKILL
The lacrosse stick is the great equalizer in this sport. Making the stick an extension of our body and mind allows us to be free. The stick is where the field becomes ours. Being comfortable with our hands and feet allow us to breathe and see our potential turn to reality.
IQ
The mental game is what can seperate the good and the great. We value every detail -- from on the field, to our nutrition and preparation. When the ability to make plays physically is connects with the ability to make them mentally, we find ourselves at the top of our game. Studying the game and film is met with making it instinct. This is where lacrosse becomes life.

Our Background
Capital Advantage Lacrosse started in 2026, but this family has been in the lacrosse world for 20+ years, sending athletes that have succeeded at the D1, D3 and MCLA level. The founder of Capital Advantage Lacrosse, Carter Finnen, played 60 career games at a New Jersey university. Still based in the heart of North Jersey, being from Jersey is Who We Are and Our Home Is Here.
