Capital Advantage Lacrosse was founded in 2026 and aims to be a leader revolving around physical and mental growth, progress, and advancement for upcoming and current lacrosse players. Offering private and group development that go further than what we see on the field to get our players to be at their best during the fall, spring, and summer seasons.
Being rooted in North Jersey, we take pride in seeing the state have success and we take all the steps to make that happen. We've seen lacrosse at every level and we understand what it takes. Having worked with the youngest athletes to college players looking for that extra step to make an impact against the best in the country, the Capital Advantage is hitting on every element that will make us the best. We train athletes, develop skill, and win the mental game.
As a team, we work hard and put every player in a position to be successful. We carefully plan out our training structure to get our player's to surpass their goals and create new ones. We work behind the scenes to gain the advantage before the lights come on.
